Refunds

Refunds: 30 days, no questions asked. If you are not happy for any reason, email us within 30 days of buying and we will refund you in full, back to the card or account you paid with.

How to ask

1. Email hello@nameastar.app within 30 days of your purchase.
2. Tell us the email address you used to pay (it is on your Stripe receipt). The receipt number helps too, but you do not need it.
3. We refund through Stripe as soon as we read your email. Your bank may take a few days to show it.

Trouble with your files?

If a file will not save or open, email us first: we can usually fix it the same day, and you can still have a refund if you prefer.
